Delivery Options
Delivery to international locations is no longer available so only customers who are living in the UK can have items delivered to them and they can choose from the following options:
Standard delivery - This delivery service costs £3.95 but you can have your items delivered to you for free if you had spent more than £50. If an F&F promo code had been used, this would be the value of your order and it usually takes between 2-5 days to receive your products but this may vary slightly depending on the area you live in.
Next day delivery - If you needed to have an item delivered to you the next day because you simply cannot wait for it, this would the delivery option for you. You just need to make sure that you make your order before 3pm between the days of Sunday and Friday but they may not be able to send you your items the next working day if you are living in Northern Ireland and a number of other postcodes. You would have to pay £5 to have your orders delivered to you the following working day. An F&F delivery code will not reduce the cost of delivery, it will only affect the products that are in your basket.
If you are not in when they come to make your delivery, there are a few different things that can happen. When you make your order, you should leave a comment in the box, that can be found towards the bottom of the page, to let them know where they should leave the order if you are not present at the time of delivery. For example, you could let them know to drop the package off with a neighbour or another safe place.
Alternatively, the delivery workers can put a card through your letterbox to inform you on how you can go about trying to sort out a more suitable time to have your items sent to you. You will also be able to track where your order is once it has been dispatched so you know exactly where it is which gives you a peace of mind as you know that it is on its way.
Returns
F&F would hope that all of their customers are left feeling 100% happy with the products that they have purchased, however, the company also understands that you may sometimes want to send something back. They will accept your products for a return as long as it is within 30 days after you had it delivered to you but not all items will be eligible for a refund.
Items like underwear and jewellery cannot be returned if they have been unsealed due to the strict hygiene and safety guidelines that they have in place. If they did accept your items for a return, they would refund you the amount that you had paid them, so customers who used an F&F voucher code should keep this in mind.
