Cancellations with Holiday Extras:

Cancellations with money returned is available to those willing to sign a cancellation waver. Cancellation waivers will cost 1.49 for a parking cancellation waiver and 2.49 for a hotel and hotel parking cancellation waiver.  On top of the cancellation waiver customers will be billed 9.50 for parking, and 15 for hotel. All other money will be refunded once the cancellation request has been accepted.

Customers with a cancellation waiver can cancel at any time up until 24 hours of the reservation.

Customers cancelling less than 24 hours before their reservation or customers without cancellation insurance will be held accountable for the total amount due with no money reimbursement available.
