Redeeming a discount code through this website is nice and simple. The second option is UK next day delivery where you can receive your order free of delivery charges if you spend more than £60, otherwise you have to pay £4.95. You can have items sent to you the next day between the days of Monday and Friday as long as you place your order before 4pm the day before. Public holidays are the only times where your deliveries may be delayed so if it has been more than two days since you purchased your product, you are encouraged to ring the company so that they can sort out the situation for you. This delivery service is only available to those living in the UK Mainland, which excludes anyone living in Northern Ireland, AB postcodes and The Highlands but they can still use things like a Glamorous student discount.
UK Saturday is the final delivery service for people in the UK, all you need to do is make sure that you have made your order one the Friday before 4pm. Again, public holidays are the times in which your package may arrive a little later than expected, so don’t hesitate to contact them to confirm that you products are making their way to your address. They will only be able to take your calls on the next working day so you may have to be patient.
A Glamorous student discount code can also be used on any orders regardless of the delivery option. Customers who are living in The Highlands, Northern Ireland or any AB postcodes should be aware that their orders will take longer to be delivered to them, during the busy periods of sales for the company, it may take up to 10 working days. But in more normal circumstances, you should not have to wait more than 7 working days.
They have an extensive range of international countries in which they are able to deliver to and depending on where you are living, you may only have to wait 1-2 days for your order however, for other locations, your items will be delivered to you within eight days. Returns/Exchanges
Don’t feel ultimately happy with your items? No problem as Glamorous will accept returns for a refund or exchange, you just need to make sure that you have returned it to them within a 14 day period of time since you made your order. They will only refund the cost of the product itself, not the amount it cost you to have it delivered to you. If you used a Glamorous discount code, they will refund you for the amount that was on the receipt, including if these discounts were applied.
People who wanted send their items back in return for an exchange are unable to do so currently but as long as the product you’ve sent back is in the same condition you received it, there should be no issue getting a full refund.
