TASSIMO delivers
Once you have ordered online, the scheduled delivery date is shown on your Shipping Confirmation. If you order by phone through their Customer Service Line, the person you speak with will let you know the scheduled delivery date. If no delivery date has been stated, your order should be delivered to you within 30 days.
TASSIMO can send as many products as you want to a maximum weight of 25 kilograms per delivery at no charge. Their standard delivery service is only applicable for mainland UK (they unfortunately don’t ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man). Orders for Northern Ireland cost £5.00 if the order is not over the value of £35 in a single delivery (up to a maximum of 25 kilograms). Please see the TASSIMO website for all delivery details.

TASSIMO makes returns almost as easy as brewing a hot TASSIMO espresso. TASSIMO offers free returns, with no charge for postage to return your whole order or a portion of the order. However, TASSIMO asks you to follow the returns process on their website and to be sure to get proof of postage.
TASSIMO will refund your money to your account within 30 days of receipt of the returned products.
