Smashbox Information
Smashbox was started in Los Angeles in the year 1996 by brothers Dean and Davis Factor. The Factor brothers, who come from a family of make-up artists, had their own photo studio, modelling agency, clothing line and had started the cosmetics business to complement their already successful professional makeup service business in LA. Their quality products picked up quickly and they counted Drew Barrymore and Charlize Theron as customers. The Factor brothers sold the cosmetics business to Estee Launder in 2010.

Smashbox has launched new products in all their popular primer + mascara collections like Photo Finish, Full Exposure, Hyperlash Primers and also X-Rated, Indecent Exposure and Layer Lash range of mascaras. As a company already known for their mascaras, Smashbox's collection equip their customers with no-smudge, clump-free products that thickens and curls their lashes with a single coat. Their mascara products are known to offer a fiber layering on top of a volumizing formula.
