How to use Simply Swim discount codes
To use any Simply Swim code (discount, free, gift voucher or promotional code), all you need to do is enter the code in the voucher code box that is in your shopping basket and click on the “Apply Voucher” button. You can even use more than one code for an order if you have more than one gift voucher.

Simply delivery!
Simply Swim offers simple, economical delivery. Any order over £25 including VAT is free to UK Mainland addresses—you can’t get any more economical than that! Your item will arrive 2-4 days after it is despatched. If your order is less than £25 including VAT, the delivery charge is £3.50.
If you want your order to arrive like you swim—fast—you can pay £5.00 for next working day delivery, available if you place3 your order before 3pm Monday – Friday and all your items are in stock. Next working day delivery is unfortunately not available to some locations, including Belfast, Northern Ireland and some areas of the Scottish Highlands.
Simply return an item
Any Simply Swim item can be returned within 30 days from the date of despatch for a full refund (minus postage). When you receive your order, the information tells you the latest return date so you know for sure when you need to act. Return items must have all packaging and labels attached, and must be unused and in new condition. Simply Swim will try to process your refund as soon as they receive the items, but please allow 14 days (possibly longer during busy times) to receive your refund.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed rear section of your delivery note, where you can indicate if you want an exchange or refund.

You are strongly advised to ask for a ‘proof of posting’ certificate when you post your return—in the unlikely event the return gets lost, your proof of posting certificate is needed for a refund.
Return to the store
You are welcome to return your items (along with the delivery note) in person at the Simply Group Store in Faversham, Kent, and the staff will help you to exchange or refund your item(s). The address is above and the store is open 7 days.
Return by Collect+
To simplify the returns process even more and to make it less costly, just take your parcel to any Collect+ shop during open hours (early until late every day). The cost is only £4.60 a parcel. Remember to use Simply Swim discount code and save money while purchasing.
