About Millet Sports
The first Millet Sports shop was first opened 20 years ago in North West London by Simon Millet, a keen tennis player and sportsman. Not only was his ambition to set up a sporting goods store that sold good quality, reasonably priced items, but also to provide expert product advice and expertise, a step above all other sports stores.
In the year 2000, the Millets Sports store website was launched, making it even easier for people to buy products from a trusted retailer, and it has developed over the years to cover a huge range of different popular sporting equipment, much of which is difficult to find on the high street.
A new site was launched in 2009, making it even bigger and better, adding new lines and services to an already popular company. This also enabled the brand to be able to expand internationally.

Millets Sports Provides Easy Returns
As long as the item that you want to return is in its original packaging and is unused, Millet Sports provides a quick and easy returns policy. A refund can be provided up to 14 days after purchase, whereas with an exchange you have up to 28 days. However if the item is faulty and it is past the 28 day deadline, Millets is still able to help. Providing the item is still in warranty, email the customer service team at [email protected], and they would be happy to help. In the email, make sure to include your order number and what the fault is, and you will get a response within a few days.

Unfortunately Millet Sports does not provide a free returns service, so you may have to pay to send the package back. If possible use the original packaging that the item came in. It can take up to three working days after Millet Sports receives your delivery to process an exchange or refund, so if you have not heard from Millets after that time period, contact Millets with your tracking order.
If you have asked for an exchange on your order and the item you request is not in stock, then the returns will have to be processed as a refund.
Items can also be returned to the store in North West London, however they will not be able to process any return in store as the product would first have to be inspected in the warehouse.
A Range of Delivery Options
Delivery differs depending on if the product is being sent somewhere in the UK, or internationally. For the UK, Millets Sports offers free standard delivery on orders over £100, or £3.95 for deliveries that are £99.99 or below. 24 hour delivery is also available and this is charged at £5.95, the item will be delivered the next day if ordered before 1pm.
Standard delivery can take up to 5-7 working days to be delivered, and express delivery is only available at certain times, the website will inform you what services are available at the time that you wish to buy the goods. Tracking is available on all delivery services in the UK, so you will be notified as soon as your products have been despatched from the warehouse and the stage your order is at.
Very large items my require an additional delivery charge, but all of this would be explained on the items description on the website.
