Easy returns
You can return or exchange La Redoute items within 14 days; items should be in the same condition as received (new and unworn!) and in their original packaging. This service is easy and free, with no postage charge. All you need to do is to complete the returns form that is attached to your delivery note and include it in your returns parcel.
You can return your parcel the way it was delivered (courier or Parcelshop). Orders that were delivered by courier can also be returned via Parcel shop, or any order can be returned at a post office. As soon as La Redoute receives the return, they will adjust your account and refund you in the manner paid (credit your La Redoute account or refund your credit card).
