How to use your Joules discount code
Joules discount codes are easy to use. Just put your Joules voucher code in the box on the basket page and click “Apply”. The box is easy to find—it’s on the right side of the page and says “Promotional Code”.
It is important to know that you can only use one promotion code per order. However, you can use both a promotional code and a gift card for one order (you enter your promo code on the basket page, and enter the gift cards on the payment page).
Finally, if you accidently place your order without the promotion code, Joules cannot discount the order, so before you confirm your order, make sure you have applied the promotion code.
Great delivery options
Joules offers great delivery options. To ensure you receive your order, Joules requires a signature for delivery, but you can ask a neighbour to sign for you if you are not home. Joules’ delivery options are:
- Click & Collect is free and quick; collect in store from 4pm the next working day if you order by 1pm.
- Standard Delivery is free on orders over £49 (otherwise £3.95); delivery within 2-3 working days if you order by 6pm.
- Next Day Delivery is £5.95; you need to order by 8pm.
- Saturday Delivery is £6.95; if you order by 6pm Friday your delivery will arrive on Saturday (between 8am and 1pm).
Quick & easy returns
If for any reason you want to return any Joules items you ordered online, they make it quick and easy. Just be sure to return within 28 days of the despatch date. Use the Royal Mail label to send the item(s) back to them at:

Your items must be in original condition and you need to put your proof of purchase in the parcel. Any items must be returned within 28 days of the date of dispatch (or 14 days of the date of dispatch for sale items); you should also make sure you receive a proof of posting from your Post Office just in case there is any delivery problem. You will receive your refund typically within10 working days from the time Joules receives your return parcel, although it can take slightly longer at busy times.
You can also return the item(s) in person by visiting a Joules shop. If you purchased the item(s) with a debit or credit card and bring the card with you to the shop, they can process your refund immediately.
