There are three ways that you can return your items, the first is taking it back to an asda store, as long as it is smaller than 60x60x90cm and weighs less than 10kgs. Simply repackage your item, and if it was sent to you, make sure that you include your delivery note. For items that are less than 50x30x30cm and less than 10kgs, they can be taken to any click and collect stores free of charge. You can also return your item by post, but the post office may charge you for this.
